APM ( Affiliate Program Manager) is a PHP/MySQL-based pay-per-click partner program system with support for both bnaners and text links. The system has built-in anti-fraud mechanisms, a web-based admin interface for both the Internet site operator and the affiliates, a complete payment history for each affiliate, payout rates can be adjusted for each affilitae and there is the facility to send e-mail to all affiliates.
